⚠️ Important Wallet Security Disclaimer

Upon creating your wallet, you will receive very sensitive information, including your:

Private Key
Seed Phrase or Recovery Phrase

This information will only be displayed ONCE.
Copy and securely store this information immediately, as you will not be able to view it again.

Then use this information to access your wallet at a trusted Ethereum compatible wallet provider like Coinbase, MetaMask, or Kraken.

Read carefully:

Do not share your private key or seed phrase with anyone — anyone who has them can access and withdraw your assets permanently.
We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
We also DO NOT STORE your private key or seed phrase. You are responsible for its security and backup. We CAN NOT RECOVER it if lost.
If your private key or seed phrase is exposed, anyone who has it can gain complete control over your cryptocurrency holdings, allowing them to transfer your funds to their own wallet, making them irrecoverable.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once funds are transferred, they cannot be retrieved.
Only send assets on the Ethereum blockchain network — sending to the wrong network can result in permanent loss.
Beware of phishing websites, fake apps, and impersonators. Always verify URLs and app authenticity before entering your wallet details.

I understand that this is a self-custody wallet, and that I am solely responsible for any associated funds, assets, or accounts, and for taking any appropriate action to secure, protect, and back up my wallet.

I understand that 4tune8.io cannot access my wallet or reverse transactions on my behalf, and that my recovery phrase and secret keys are the ONLY way to regain access in the event of a lost password, stolen device, or similar circumstance.

I agree to store my wallet's recovery phrase and secret/private key securely, as I will not be able to access my wallet without them. I understand that if I lose my recovery phrase or secret/private key, I will lose access to my wallet and any associated funds or assets.

The recovery phrase and secret/private key will be generated and displayed ONLY ONCE. I understand that I must copy and securely store this information immediately, as I will not be able to view it again.

Without the threat of carrying cash into Nightclubs, Parades or large event spaces; individuals can confirm entrance and verify membership or guest reservations into private/exclusive areas through online access to pay with Rewards & Loyalty Program Wallets offered by 4tune8.io.

Refunds: 4tune8.io Rewards & Loyalty Program Wallet Credits NEVER expire. Refunds are granted by way of credit to be used at a later date or different location. It is of the discretion of Event organizers or Restaurant/Bar locations to issue credit as a refund to address customer service satisfaction concerns. All locations reserve the right to choose what Rewards & Loyalty Program Wallet Credits may be applied to and when events will allow the usage under their own promotional policies and advertisement criteria. Confirmation codes will be issued to guarantee payment at the time of any amount of Rewards & Loyalty Program Wallet credit redemption. Rewards & Loyalty Program Wallet recipients can only claim value of credit once service or event has occurred/ redeemed.

Food & Beverage Credit: Credit may be applied to all Non-Alcoholic Menu Items. Does not include Tax or Tip. Special Events and Private Parties may not be accepting credits. Please be sure to inform staff if intending to redeem Rewards & Loyalty Program Wallet credits.
Event & Entry Fees: Credits may be applied towards events prior to "Door Openings" to the public. Event may require full names of attendees to use group credit at discount.
VIP Entrance: Event may require full names of attendees in advance to use group credit at discount.
Reserved Tables and/or Champagne service: Private & VIP group purchase for parties of 8 or more.
VIP Section: All persons in private section must have valid ID if Rewards & Loyalty Program Wallet Credit is used with Bottle Service Package. Event may require full names of attendees to use group credits at discount.
